HGH, Somatotropin is a general growth-enhancing hormone. It will lead to basically everything growing.Overusing it means your bones, organs, everything will grow. Steroids, on the other hand, tend to attach to specific receptors, creating a suitable environment for protein synthesis. A stimulus will create a longer-lasting response, and a stimulus that is too heavy with low frequency will work better.
For HGH, it binds to the HGH/Somatropin Receptor, which then facilitates IGF-1 excretion, resulting in growth in liver and muscles. It also works through EGF on bones and ibFGF on cartilage.
