1. How long does it take to process my orders?
For domestic USA: Once your order is placed and processed, it will ship the next day if your funds is received before 10pm EST Monday-Saturday excluding holidays. If a product is out of stock causing a delay we will notify you by email or WhatsApp when to expect your order to ship.
For international: Your order will be processed within 24 hours from China once we receive funds, shipping methods including FedEx, DHL, UPS, HKEMS and EUB but depends on different countries, please contact us for more info before ordering.
2. How long does it take for my order to get to me after the funds are received?
For domestic USA: Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA: USPS First Class 3-5 business days, USPS Priority 2-4 business days, USPS Express 1-2 business days. Any tracking info please refer to www.usps.com
For international: Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped internationally: Usually, it takes 7-15 business days, but it might be a long time for those countries with strict custom inspection.
Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Tracking info can take up to 24 hours to update.
3. What is the reshipping policy if my parcel get seized?
If your parcel get seized due to a customs issue in your country, we are going to reship a new parcel to you for free for only once.
4.What if the reshipped parcel get seized again?
We feel so sorry about this issue occurs again but unfortunately, we will not provide any free reshipped parcel because we are not the only side to take responsibility.
